## 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM local time will be processed the next working day.
During holiday sales or peak shopping seasons, processing time may be slightly extended, we will keep you updated via email.
## 2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and most European countries.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, remote islands and some restricted regions.
## 3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for all orders under $80
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $80 enjoy free worldwide standard delivery
- Express Shipping: Available at extra cost, faster delivery for urgent needs
## 4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on shipping method and destination:
✅ Standard Shipping: 12 – 30 business days
✅ Express Shipping: 3 – 7 business days
*International shipments may be delayed by customs inspection, which is beyond our control.
## 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your package anytime via our website tracking page.
## 6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority. Our store will not cover these additional charges.
## 7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 15 days after the last tracking update.
We will arrange reshipment or full refund after verification.
## 8. Shipping Exceptions
- Large & oversized items will have extra shipping fees, marked on product page separately
- Bad weather, airline suspension, global logistics events may cause unavoidable delays
